Our production process...

Our company, which has adopted the principle of enlarging and developing its production volume since its establishment, is among the leading companies of the region with an annual production volume of 250 000 pallets and 10 000 m³ timber, with its modern production facility in a 5000 m² closed area, 120 m³ drying and heat treatment furnaces.

Our company, which continues its production with our expert teammates who have the principle of quality production and timely delivery, and with the technological investments it makes every year, contributes to the country's exports and employment by offering 40% of its production to the world market.

Our Production Process

Our production process first starts with the right raw material to be procured and classified according to the products to be produced.

Our raw materials, classified according to customer demands and product quality, are supplied from different regions of Turkey, which has 30% Forest Capacity.

Coniferous spruce, fir, red pine and yellow pine species, which are members of the softwood family, are generally used in the production process according to the needs.

Carefully selected raw materials are cut in the desired dimensions with different steps with fully automatic controlled machines in line with the demands and separated according to their quality classes.

The production process is completed with 0 errors by selecting woods outside the desired dimensions and quality by making continuous quality and measurement controls during the production process.

The products are presented to the customer’s use after the drying and heat treatment processes are completed and the final controls are made and the products are carefully packaged before they reach the dispatch stage.
